[ Singles & Dating ] Open Question : THE LEAST AWKWARD WAY TO START A RELATIONSHIP IS….?

~Mutual crush first semester, I tell her I like her and I go hot&cold for a dumb reason, she gets over me and rejects me when I try to fix things too late. ~This semester it seems we’re at it again. I want to let her know how I feel, but in the LEAST AWKWARD WAY POSSIBLE and in a way she knows I’m sincere. College ends in a week and we’ll go back home. (dorming college, live 6 hours away from each other) So…how? What do I say? How do I say it? I get so tongue tied around her when my feelings get too strong so I’m worried. On top of it all, I got tongue tied the last 2 times I saw her because things between us were going so well and I’m afraid she might think I’m going cold on her and doing it all over again.. Won’t see her until the fall after next week…

[ Laptops & Notebooks ] Open Question : My Laptop is running slow?

So I have a Dell Inspiron 9400 that I got back in 2007 running Windows Vista. It worked fine when I first got it but for the last 3 or 4 years, it has been running EXTREMELY slow. It takes 15-20 minutes to start up and another 15 minutes before it’s even semi-functional. Even then, it barley works. I noticed the vents are very hot and I think the fans have dust in them (a lot of it). The batterycompletelyy died about 2 years ago and the laptop will only work when it is plugged in. I do leave my computer on ALL of the time which I know is not good. My hard was very full so I tried doing a system restore a few times over the years. It still seems to run slow though. I did it again yesterday and installed Norton Anti-Virus which seemed to slow it down. Any suggestions on what I can do to make it run faster? Should I just get a new computer?
