I have little income so can not afford to get proper help…

I have recently been arrested for offenses on suspicion of being concerned in the importation of a controlled drug. On suspicion of being in possession of a controlled drug. The items that were ceased were two cannabis smoking apparatus, scales with 2% THC reading, 0.02g of cannabis and my computer and mobile telephone. They had originally come because they had ceased a number of the controlled drug MDAI packets each weighing 1g. This substance I was led to believe was a class A drug. At the end I was told that they were sorry but they had misled me and actually it was a small amount of the compound that actually was illegal. But I am still confused about this, is it or isn’t it?
I know that it is still a controlled substance but am not sure whether it is legal or illegal?

I had been led to believe that what I was purchasing from the online site was a legal high. I am not a regular substance user but have been interested in the effects of this type and decided to try it as it was meant to be legal and I was interested in the psychological aspect of its nature. I was never going to distribute the substance as it would not benefit me to do so in the slightest of interests. It was purely for personal use.

Weather it maybe legal or illegal they still have ceased an amount of cannabis which could incriminate me. I use cannabis recreationally and have had no bad effects from it or have harmed anybody in the process. I use the drug to aid me creatively and to inspire me in learning as it helps me retain information that I have learned thus being a superb beneficiary in my generalist attitude.

I have been concerned about the area in which the cannabis had been found as it was in the most unlikely of places in my room. They had found it in the corner of my bedroom in a wash bag which I haven’t used for years and in an area which I do not walk around in as my ceiling is canted and far away from anything I would have need to go there for. I would thus have not dropped it there and if I had then it would be remarkable that it fall into the wash bag. I had explained to them also on the moment of the find that I was confused as to how it got there as I usually keep it in my pot on my desk? I am not sure where I stand here and if I even have a smidgen of evidence to back me up as there were 4 of them and 1 of me.

furthermore I have just started to get my life into order as a 23 year old male I have recently finished an IT course at a local college and did fantastically considering the changes made to the course half way through. I have been in employment while i have been searching for a suitable job role that will contribute to my new skills. I had an interview for this exact position and all went well. I have also met the girl of my dreams the one that I have been looking for which has given me that extra boost to get things done properly(I am near sobbing as I wright this). I now could loose it all and will have to start all over again. I just couldn’t bear having to do it all again considering how far I’ve come and my reputation will be ruined. I feel almost let down by the system as they are supposed to be helping but yet they are destroying my life. I am no cause for concern here but neither are so many others in my situation as we are just users. we seem to be punished for the inherent social fads that we have been born into and by merely saying not to do it is not going work as it is a large scale social problem that is being experienced here. But we the people at the bottom of the pyramid seem to get it worse off when we’ve tried so hard to get above it but are almost forced back down to carry on that way. It feels more like they have created a criminal rather than caught one.

So I guess my conclusion is what am I supposed to do if they take it all away should I become that criminal?

So a lot of my friends have had xboxes and like cod and they always play together online and stuff and ive always kinda felt left out. I also tried it at a friends house and its really fun. So basically, how much does it cost to get an xbox, mw2 (too cheap for mw3 ;P), 1 or 2 controllers, and whatever you need to play online multiplayer (idk if you need xbox live and how that works).
