[ Diet & Fitness ] Open Question : Is eating under 1000 calories unhealthy?

So I have been on a diet for almost 2 weeks now. and its going great. I’m drinking a lot of water, doing some exercise ( my muscles are actually hurting) and eating a lot more fruit. I calculated up my calorie intake and I’m not 100% sure but I intake around 980 calories a day, sometimes a little more. Is this healthy? I’m willing to eat a little more, if you could suggest some healthy foods? I’m not in a rush to lose weight. I want to do it the healthy way so I can keep it off. I’m 15 and I’m not obese or anything just unhappy with the way I look. This is making me feel really good about myself, I just want to check that what I’m doing is ok :) thanks x

Any ideas?? Im in a very unhealthy relationship for 3 years and i also recognized this a year ago but i dont know why just cant imagine my life without my bf at all but i know i cant be with him i just want ideas suggestions Im 19 his 30 i love him more than my life despite the fact he treats me like crap he swears at me hits me at times etc got all the qualities as a controlive over protective bf. we have both been through alot i mean SO many people tel me im making a mistake and his just using me for timepass s** etc but ive seen the soft side of him. He realy does care for me alot his left his good job just to help me in my troubles his even commited suicide and ended in the hospital for me, i keep thinking why is he like this one minute he loves me alot making me feel like princess and the next the opposite, Newais is it right to break up wit him? And if yes please explain how. He knows where i live i dont work but i know if i do he wil somehow discover that too i dont want to put restriction on him from police station because im scared if my feelings take over me and see him and i dont want that risk. Would love to move by myself but dont have money and low confident, so tell me how to get rid of a person like that specially when i have no one close to me other than him – all my friends left me dur to this and dont think im going to make much good friends without him either. So how do i cope????! Any advice will be great
