Constant gusts of heat, loss of heat transfer fluid and other problems lead to social and economic (growth rate) tension. My partner has been working for a company for over a 2 years now. When he started he was using his own tools fir the work. Those tools have now broken and have been replaced by his boss. He has now left the company and taken the tools old and new with him and the boss is charging him for the tools . Where to we stand on ownership of these tools?

I’m 17 and I currently work as a Christmas temp. I earn £3.90 an hour and I work pretty much part-time but the hours vary from having 0 hours in a week to having 35 hours in a week. After tax it works out at 3.12 and hour. I got paid my first pay slip last month which was £350 but after tax it came down to £280. I will soon be expecting another payslip which will be about £300-350 and I’d imagine that would get taxed to. Also next week is when my temp contract ends so I will be looking for a job again which is hard and I could use that money as I don’t know how long it will be until I find another job. Baring in mind this is my first ever job and my first kind of any sort of income, besides an odd £30 here and there from when I went to sixth form from ema. My friends say I shouldn’t get taxed, but I want to know for sure.

Basic question, how do you flirt?

I’m 21 and I Have no idea how to flirt or when women are flirting with me. I don’t know any of the cues or signals etc and i basically need a bit of advice with it.

Don’t get me wrong I have had relationships, I recently got dumped after a 3 year relationship with a woman I love so when other guys were out partying I was out at “Dinner and movies” so never got to refine my techniques lol. Big blow to the confidence lol.

Hey I work in a cafe/restaurant where I have been a supervisor there for around 2 years. The cafe is in trouble long lease and not making much money so they are trying to get things going again. I recieved my first warning 3 weeks ago for (lateness, not commited & failing to follow manager instructions) I agree with all but the last one. I did mention in the meeting about me possibly stepping down but there also trying to cut wages too.
I think I would be happier at work if I was to step down but how would I go about this when there trying to cut wages aswell (ps there also wanting to set a part time chef on and move our full timer who covers kitchen to front of house staff) so I’m in a pickle…

Me and my long term girlfriend have just started work after 3 years at university. We both have salaries of around £20k which should increase steadily over the next few year. Our question is, in the current economic situation, what is the best way to manage our money?

We would both really like to buy a first home as soon as possible avoiding renting.

To get a mortgage on a house that’s say £150k what sort of deposit would we require and where would we go from there?

Also when would the best time to buy be? Is the market looking to bottom out in say 3 years time? or is it best to buy as soon as possible.

Is it worth getting a credit card to try to improve our credit ratings?

Any advice is much appreciated.
