I am just starting out with makeup. I am 13 but will be 14 once I start using it because my birthday isnt until september…. Also I have oily, acne prone skin. Do I need foundation? Do I need a moisturizer? Should I get an eye and a face primer? Just wondering if I actually need them. Will eyeshadows stay on my eyes ok even though I have oily lids? I get in the shower at night, so do I still need a makeup remover? Do slightly sparkly lip glosses look ok? Thanks!
