[ Law & Ethics ] Open Question : Instant Checkmate is slandering me?

I just looked up my name on Instant Checkmate and it brought up 2 criminal reports for me! I was once arrested in a domestic violence case but the charges were dismissed as it was all a mis-understanding. Also a crazed ex once put a restraining order on me by fabricating lies about me – he claimed my family was related to Asian triads -!! I did fight with these 2 former boyfriends but one punched me in the stomach while pregnant and the other broke my collarbone (which I stupidly never pressed charges on either of them for).. I did nothing criminal, they were both situational DV cases where no conviction occurred. So why am I showing up on Instant Checkmate? How can I sue for slander? These incidents occurred over 10-15 years ago, but they could impact me if anyone wants to check my background for employment. How can I clear my name?

What are some things a fifteen year old could do to be thrown in juevie? For example, if they were caught with drugs for the first time, how long would they go to juevie if they had to go there at all? Or if they broke car windows? Or burnt a house down? Or what else could they do to be sentenced to a year or two at a Juvenile Detention Center? It’s for a report on criminal justice in my English class. Please help.

[ Comics & Animation ] Open Question : Good fanfiction title for a drabble series?

Hi! So my sister and I have an account on fanfiction.net and we’re going to start a multi-anime/tv show/movie/cartoon drabble, but we can’t figure out what the title should be. Some of the drabbles are going to be Naruto, Bleach, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Harry Potter, Criminal Minds, Merlin (BBC’s version), Fullmetal Alchemist, Bones, D. Gray Man, Teen Titans, and Lord of the Rings, with a few crossovers thrown in there as well. Most of the drabbles will consist of yaoi pairings, though there will be some gender benders making a few Het. Does anyone have any good suggestions? Thanks! Asuka and Ayumu!
