I’ve never purchased any firearms, and I would like to know a little more about the process of buying a rifle, in this case. I want to get more into hunting/shooting, and i figured the ranges would be a good place to start. Im of age to buy a rifle (19) and have been eyeballing some cheaper rifles (mosin nagant), but I have no idea what the process is of buying it. I noticed that this person is an FLL dealer, and sales are done over the phone, but where/how do i get the gun? Do they send it to a local firearms dealer? How much in extra fees do I pay?
