Here is my point of view on the whole issue. What are your thoughts on my thoughts….. The Palestinians have sat at the negotiation tables with the oppressors and have therefore by default given the ball into the court of the oppressors. The best example of how to deal with a powerful oppresive occupiers is how the Taliban have dealt with the invaders in Afghanistan, that being, 1) that from day one, they did NOT acknowledge the stooge government propped up by the west 2) That they made the condition that all troops should withdraw and that there will be no peace negotiation with the foreigners 3) That the Afghans will settle their disputes after the pull out of troops using their old traditional way which date over thousands of years old. Yet the Palestinans, allow the oppressors to call all the shots. my conclusion btw for the Israel-Palestinian problem is that really well and truly Israel should go back to the 1947 boarders, however they wont be willing to do this, and therefore a compromise stance (which the Palestinians have put themselves into due to the FACT that they acknowleged the oppressors as legitimate) is to establish the 1967 boarders, again an unjust move on the Palestians YET again the Israelis would not accept that Why should the ISRAELIS accept it ? When the Palestinians have legitimised the oppression of the oppressors ? I cannot say I support the Palestinian cause, as they have left themselves with no cause, they continue to legitimise the Israeli Oppression against them. I thin apart from the above boarder settlements (which Israel will NOT agree to) the Palestinians should simply migrate and leave Palestine, they should go to Egypt and Lebanon and set up a blockade against Israel, militirise the whole area and then take back all of the land by force. However the above will never happen either.
