[ Religion & Spirituality ] Open Question : Did you know that by these two factors, atheism is wholly faith based?

The first being that the absence of evidence is not evidence of absence. I deliver what I consider to be a knock-down argument in demonstration of this point. www.sciencelogicgod.com The Daily Christian tab on the right will lead you to an article titled The Burden Of Proof. On the basis of that argument, even if there were absolutely no evidence that God exists, it would be irrational to conclude that in fact, God does not exist. You would need evidence to the contrary lest you are abiding a belief based on faith. Further, there is evidence and there are arguments that allow us to align with basic logic, philosophy and mainstream science, while remaining in our rational rights in believing that God exists. For a brief sketch of these arguments, go to www.sciencelogicgod.com and the Evidence tab on the right will lead you to them.

[ Friends ] Open Question : How can i be happy without friends?

I need friends in my life or i feel worthless and not a part of society. im 22 male. I’ve lost 2 friends just this week. Since high school i haven’t been able to maintain a friendship for more than a few months. I don’t know why. I’m the most realest person people meet. I’m not fake like their typical friends are. I talk about things that matter…i don’t start bringing up philosophy. I ask them what they like to do and such. I only make friends with girls because guys my age are really messed up people. Sex isn’t the only thing i think about. I actually want to be cared about and have real friendships. anyway i’ve been crying a lot of the day. I apologized to both friends for whatever i did that upset them. I may have bugged them i have no idea. My apology wasn’t accepted. I’m about to finish a certification program and now i’m going to fail. I can’t even study knowing i have no one to talk to or do stuff with anymore.

[ Religion & Spirituality ] Open Question : Did you know that the central argument of The God Delusion is manifestly fallacious?

Which is because it is obviously not a scholarly assessment of this philosophical issue. In fact, I submit that any intro to philosophy student would have the ability to refute Dawkins’ work. Even atheist philosophers are separating themselves from The God Delusion. Michael Ruse, a noted philosopher of biology writes, “The God Delusion makes me embarrassed to be an atheist.” Find out why here. www.sciencelogicgod.com The Daily Christian tab on the right will lead you to two articles on The God Delusion. One is titled “Who Designed The Designer?” and the other, “The Christian Atheist”.
